I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.
This is the maths I have been working on for the last couple weeks. the strategy is called doubling and halving
46 x 7000=322,000 first you have to double the smallest number which would be 46
and double 46 is 92 so then the equation is now 92 x ?? then halve the biggest number which is 7000
and 1/2 of 7000 is 3500 so now the equation is 92 x 3500 = 322,000.
Hi im Ari and I like your incredible knowledge of maths. I like complexity and it's amazing what you can do with doubling and halving. I like bunnies and this post. Next time make it easier to undrstndfy
